Our Clover Cheese range, manufactured using pasteurised standardised cow’s milk according to the prescribed work instructions, includes a variety of different cheeses ranging from Cheddar, Gouda, Tussers, White Cheddar and Mature Cheddar Cheese Blocks, to Feta portions in a variety of Flavours including Plain, Herb and Black pepper. In addition, our Processed Cheese range includes Clover Individually wrapped Slices in Cheddar & Gouda Flavours, Slice O Nice Individually wrapped Slices and Berg Processed Cheese Blocks.
