Clover Kremel Medium Fat Dairy Powder Blend manufactured by CLOVER consists of a blend of milk solids, corn syrup solids and fat in powder form. It contains at least 20% protein (calculated on a fat-free basis), 15% fat and is fortified with vitamin A, C, D and calcium. The product complies with the requirements of the South African Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act (Act no.54 of 1972 or as amended).
The product must not contain any preservatives but does contain a stabiliser and an emulsifier.

The product must be manufactured under strict hygienic conditions and may not contain any foreign matter or any known substance which could constitute a health risk for the consumer. The product is however not recommended for the feeding of babies.

Clover Kremel must have a clean and pleasant flavour closely resembling that of milk when it is dissolved in water.
