100 g Clover Feta Plain, cubed
4 medium plum tomatoes, cut into large
cubes
1 spring onion, chopped
125 ml fresh basil leaves
10 ml olive oil
10 ml red wine vinegar
50 ml balsamic vinegar
15 ml honey
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Toss cheese, tomatoes, onion and basil together in a large bowl.
Whisk oil, vinegar, honey and seasoning together.
Drizzle over salad and serve immediately.
