Some Clover MooiRiver butter
1 onion, finely chopped
1 375 g packet of Russian sausages, sliced
½ bunch of spinach, thoroughly washed and coarsely
chopped
30 ml cake flour
250 ml Clover full cream milk
125 ml Clover fresh cream
3 eggs
some salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 wheels of Clover feta traditional cheese, cubed
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease an ovenproof dish with a diameter of 22 cm.
Heat the butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and sauté the onion until tender.
Add the sausages and sauté until the sausages are almost done.
Add the spinach to the sausage mixture and sauté until the spinach has wilted.
Add the cake flour and mix well with the other ingredients.
Remove from the heat.
Beat the milk, cream, eggs, salt and pepper together.
Add to the sausage mixture and mix well.
Carefully pour the mixture into the prepared dish and scatter the Feta cheese on top.
Bake for 40 minutes or until set in the middle.
