750 ml Clover Fresh Full Cream milk
2 chamomile tea bags
2 cinnamon stick
2 cardamom pods
3 cm x piece fresh ginger
2 tablespoons honey
Place the milk into a medium heated small sauce pan.
Add chamomile, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, ginger and honey to the milk and allow to infuse for 3-4minutes.
Strain the milk mixture and pour into two mugs and serve warm.
