300ml Clover Super M banana flavour
100ml Clover fresh cream
1 teaspoon cinnamon, plus extra for dusting
pinch cardamom powder
2 tablespoon pistachio nuts, chopped and toasted
Clover Aerosol whipped cream
Method
Bring a medium sauce pot to a medium-high heat.
Add Clover Super M, cream, cinnamon and cardamom powder, then bring to a simmer.
Pour the banana mixture into two serving mugs, top with whipped cream and nuts.
Sprinkle extra cinnamon over the cream and serve immediately.
