4 x skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
3tbs x teriyaki sauce
4tbs x Olive Pride Blend of Seed Oils and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 x finely sliced spring onions
1 x red pepper, sliced into strips
1 x yellow pepper, sliced into strips
50g x fine green beans, cut in half
1tbs x toasted sesame seeds
In a saucepan, heat 2tbs of Olive Pride Blend Oil.
Add the cubed chicken to the oil and add 2tbs of the teriyaki sauce.
Cook until tender.
Remove the chicken from the saucepan and add the remaining oil.
Add all the vegetables and the remaining teriyaki sauce.
Cook for 1-2minutes.
Serve the vegetables topped with chicken and scatter over the toasted sesame seeds.
