INGREDIENTS FOR FUDGE CENTER:
¾cup x Clover Condensed milk
½cup x milk chocolate chips
INGREDIENTS FOR CHOCOLATE BATTER:
¼ cup x self – raising flour
1tbs x cocoa powder
2tbs x sugar
2tbs x melted Clover Mooiriver Salted Butter
¼ cup x Super M – Chocolate Flavour
1tsp x vanilla paste
2tbs x dark chocolate chips
METHOD FOR THE FUDGE CENTER:
In a medium saucepan add the condensed milk and chocolate. Stir over a low heat until melted and smooth.
Pour the mixture into a 15cm square tin or dish and freeze until firm enough to cut into 2cm squares.
METHOD FOR CHOCOLATE BATTER:
In a small bowl whisk the flour, cocoa powder and sugar together. Whisk in the butter, Super M and vanilla until combined and smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour half the batter into a microwave- safe mug, add 1-2 fudge squares and top with the rest of the batter. Microwave on high for 1 minute or 1 ½ minutes, depending on your microwave.
Allow to cool for 1 minute before serving. Serve with a scoop of your favourite ice cream.
