Pancakes
1 banana
1 free range jumbo egg
1/4 cup Tropika slender, of any type
Tropika slender smoothie bowl
For 1 bowl:
1/2 cup Tropika slender, of any kind
3 tablespoons chia seeds
3 strawberries
A few blueberries
1 kiwi
1 banana
2 tablespoons coconut flakes
Pancakes
Add the ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Coat a pan with non-stick kitchen spray and place over a medium heat. Pour some of the batter in the pan and allow it to begin cooking, you will see small bubbles forming which will let you know when its ready to flip.
Once you flip the pancake over allow it to cook for another minute before removing and cooking the others in the same manner.
Tropika slender smoothie bowl
For 1 bowl:
Combine the slender and chia seeds before placing in a bowl and allow the seeds to swell and set slightly.
Thinly slice the strawberries and add to the bowl keeping it in a group, place the blueberries next to them before peeling and thinly slicing the kiwi and placing that next to the blueberries. Peel and cut the banana into disks and add before sprinkling over the coconut flakes and serving.
