300 g CLOVER Farmstyle butter
385 g (1 can) CLOVER condensed milk
150 g (¾ packet) Marie biscuits, finely crushed
200 g (1 packet) Eet-Sum-More biscuits, roughly chopped
100 g (1 packet) macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
187 ml (¾ cup) icing sugar
250 ml (1 cup) fine coconut
24 red glazed cherries, halved
extra CLOVER Farmstyle butter for greasing
CHOCOLATE LAYER
300 g (3 x 100 g slabs) white chocolate, melted
30 ml (2 tbsp) CLOVER fresh cream
Melt the butter in a sizeable saucepan.
Stir in the condensed milk and boil for 2 minutes while stirring constantly.
Add the biscuits, nuts, icing sugar, coconut and cherries.
Grease a dish of 20 cm x 30 cm with butter.
Put the mixture in the dish and flatten the mixture on top.
Melt the chocolate and cream in the microwave at 60% power, or in a double cooker on the stove until the mixture is smooth and without lumps.
Spread over the biscuits. Leave until set, and then cut into squares.
