MANHATTAN GREEN ICE TEA APPLE MINT MOCKTAIL
1,5L Clover Manhattan Green Ice Tea Apple Mint
½ cup fresh lime juice
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
1 cup crushed ice
12 mint leaves
extra mint leaves and lime slices for garnish
MANHATTAN ROOIBOS ICE TEA BERRY MOCKTAIL
1.5L Clover Manhattan Rooibos Ice Tea, berry
500ml Nestle Pure Life sparkling mineral water
1 cup raspberries
sprigs of rosemary
MANHATTAN GREEN ICE TEA APPLE MINT MOCKTAIL
In a small sauce pan, combine ½ cup sugar with ½ cup water and place over high heat until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and add mint leaves to the simple syrup.
Let cool for 10minutes.
Add mint syrup to crushed ice in a glass.
Top up with Manhattan Ice Tea Apple Mint and lime juice.
Stir well and garnish with mint leaves and lime slices
MANHATTAN ROOIBOS ICE TEA BERRY MOCKTAIL
The night before, make some ice cubes by placing raspberries into each compartment of your ice cube tray, fill with Manhattan Rooibos Ice Tea Berry and let freeze overnight.
Place Manhattan Rooibos Ice Tea and raspberry ice cubes into a glass.
Top up glass with Nestle Pure Life Mineral Water -Sparkling.
Serve with a sprig of rosemary.
