Elite Pre-packed Cheddar
Elite cheese undergoes a 30 point grading system to ensure you get “elite” quality cheese. Elite also comes in handy resealable packaging for your convenience. Cheddar is manufactured using pasteurised, standardised cow’s milk according to prescribed work instructions. It is a full fat, hard cheese with a smooth texture and a nutty, sharp, distinct Cheddar flavour. Slightly salty, with an orange-yellow colour. Specially selected for the Elite brand name. Elite is ideal for cheese platters or to use on sandwiches and snacks.
