500 ml Clover Classic low-fat plain yoghurt
250 ml Clover Classic vanilla custard
30 ml banana flavour instant pudding powder (1/4 packet)
4 large firm ripe bananas
Garnish
Favourite breakfast cereal to sprinkle
Maple syrup/cinnamon
Place the yoghurt, custard and instant pudding into a bowl and beat well until smooth and slightly thickened.
Slice the bananas into the mixture, stir to combine and spoon into one large or individual bowls, making sure the banana slices are covered.
Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for a few hours or until required.
When almost ready to serve, scatter any favourite breakfast cereal, such as chocolate or honey flavoured variations for kids or muesli for adults, sparingly over the top and garnish with a drizzle of syrup and a dash of cinnamon.
