Clover Bedtime Milk

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of Clover fresh milk, warmed
1 teaspoon honey or 1 ½ teaspoon brown sugar
1 pinch of cinnamon
small pinch of nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method

Warm the milk and nutmeg to almost boiling and pour into your favourite mug.
Stir in the honey and vanilla.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Sip up and go to bed.
