1 x roll ready-made puff pastry
500ml x Clover Classic Custard
1tbs x corn flour, mixed with a teaspoon water
Preheat the oven to 1800C.
Cut the pastry roll into two pieces and roll out into equal size squares.
Place them on top of each other and from the short side, roll into a log.
Cut the log into 12 even-sized rounds.
On a lightly floured surface, roll each round into a disc and press the pastry discs into the muffin tin.
In a saucepan, combine the Clover Classic custard and cornflour slurry.
Heat whilst stirring until well combined and slightly thick. Remove from heat.
Spoon the cooled custard mixture into the pastry discs and bake for 15-20minutes.
Allow to cool on a cooling rack or serve warm.
