150 g Clover Mama Bake margarine
1/2 cup cocoa powder, plus 2 tablespoons for dusting once baked
1 ½ cup flour, sifted
4 large eggs
2 cups sugar
Preheat the oven to 180oC.
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Add the cocoa powder and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat. Fold in the flour.
Whip the eggs and sugar in a medium mixing bowl until pale and fluffy. Fold in the chocolate mixture.
Pour into a greased ovenproof dish and bake for 20 minutes – they should still be a bit wobbly to the touch.
Cool completely before dusting with cocoa powder.
Cut into squares and serve.
