2 tablespoons coconut sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 5cm piece of ginger, thinly sliced
1 5cm piece of fresh turmeric, grated
2 cups Clover Soy Milk
1 pinch of salt
Combine all the ingredients in a pot and bringing to a gentle simmer for 5 minutes to marry the flavours and colour the milk.
Allow the mixture to cool down slightly before removing the cinnamon and ginger then using a hand blender, blend the mixture until aerated then serve hot.
