INGREDIENTS
2 x eggs
3/4 x cups brown sugar
½ x cup oil
½ x cup Clover Mmmilk
1tsp x vanilla essence
2 x cup flour
1tsp x baking powder
1 x cups white chocolate chips
½ x cups sprinkles
½ x cups melted white chocolate and ½ c melted milk chocolate.
Method
Preheat the oven to 1800 C.
Combine the eggs, brown sugar, oil, milk and vanilla essence and mix well.
Mix together the flour and baking powder and add to the brown sugar mixture.
Fold in the chocolate chips and sprinkles.
Bake for 18-20minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
Once cooled, drizzle over melted white and milk chocolate.
Serve with milk.
