1 stick cinnamon
5 cardamom pods
2 whole star anise
4 black peppercorns
2 tablespoons raw honey
2 Rooibos tea bags
2 cups Clover NoLac milk
Combine all the ingredients together in a pot and bring to a gentle simmer before cooking gently for 5 minutes.
Turn the heat off and allow to cool in the pot before straining and serving hot with extra honey to taste.
