• 30 g Clover Farmstyle butter
• 1 cup (250 ml) oat flakes
• 2 cups (500 ml) Clover cheddar, grated
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) chopped fresh rosemary
• pinch of cayenne pepper
• pinch of salt
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and mix in all the other ingredients.
3. Press mixture into a greased 20 cm cake tin and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Cut into fingers while still warm.
