500 ml (2 cups) CLOVER fresh cream
385 g (1 can) CLOVER condensed milk
50 g (½ packet) pistachio nuts, finely chopped
500 ml (2 cups) Turkish delight, cubed
CHOCOLATE SAUCE
60 ml (4 tbsp) CLOVER full cream milk
385 g (1 can) CLOVER condensed milk
110 g (2 x 55 g) Bar-One chocolate, chopped
Use an electric mixer and beat the cream until it starts to stiffen.
Stir the condensed milk, pistachio nuts and Turkish delight into the whipped cream with a spoon.
Scoop the mixture into a suitable container with a sealable lid and put it in the freezer.
Stir after an hour, and then again after 2 hours.
Now leave it overnight in the fridge until completely set.
CHOCOLATE SAUCE
Pour the milk, condensed milk and chocolate pieces into a saucepan, and let it melt over low heat.
Remove from the stove, and let it cool.
Serve with the ice cream.
