1 kg Pork trotters, to make cooking easier ask your butcher to cut the trotters in slices
3 tbsp Tomato paste
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
2 cups Water
3 tbsp Brown onion soup
3 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Olive Pride Fat Spread
1 handful Parsley, chopped
Chunky bacon pieces
TO SERVE
With cooked samp or rice
