3 leaves gelatine
300ml thick Clover Bliss Plain Yoghurt Based Diary Snack
200ml Clover Fresh Cream
½ teaspoon (2ml) vanilla essence
½ vanilla pod, seeds scraped out
3 tablespoons (45ml) honey
Soften the gelatine in a little cold water for 2–3 minutes.
Combine the yoghurt, cream, vanilla essence and vanilla seeds in a bowl.
Heat the honey.
Remove gelatine leaves from the water and melt in the warm honey until dissolved.
Quickly stir gelatine mixture into the creamy mixture and divide between 4 moulds or serving cups.
Chill for 4–5 hours until set.
Unmould, if desired, and serve with berries.
Serve as a refreshing dessert with a berry coulis and extra fresh berries to garnish.
